Laser welding

Most of our frames are welded by laser machine. Laser welding is a versatile and advanced welding technique that offers fast welding speeds, making it an efficient and cost-effective welding method for mass production applications. The non-contact nature of laser welding also reduces the risk of contamination and damage to the materials being welded, resulting in clean and precise welds with minimal post-welding cleanup required.
